2. Product, Pricing, and Orders
Product Representation: We ensure that all products are authentic and of guaranteed quality. However, product colors may vary slightly due to device display settings.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and are subject to change. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Order Confirmation: An order is finalized only upon successful payment and confirmation of stock availability.
3. Payment and Security

4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances like public holidays, political instability, or unexpected logistics issues in Bangladesh.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Return and Refund Policy (Strictly for Quality Issues)
Condition for Return: We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect (wrong item delivered), or significantly different from the description. We do not accept returns based on a simple “change of mind.”
Return Window: The customer must notify Phul Foring Customer Support within 2 days of receiving the product for quality issues.
Required Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund/Replacement: Upon successful inspection of the returned product, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund, processed within 7-10 business days.
Inspection and Rejection: Phul Foring reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the required return conditions or if the damage appears to be caused by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Phul Foring will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damage resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased from our site.
